ReBoot is much more than a fitness weekend. From walks, to whale watching and massage there is more to offer in the ReBoot program than the fun runs and ocean swim.
90 per cent of activities are free, so come celebrate all that Bermagui has to offer.
The Bermagui Chamber of Commerce thinks you will leave ReBoot with a lighter heart, a clearer mind and a refreshed spirit.
Not a runner but love to walk? Then join Christine for the Heritage Walking Tour on Saturday from 1.30pm to 3pm leaving from the Bermagui Fishermen’s Wharf.
It’s a great opportunity to learn about Bermagui history and do some whale spotting at the same time.
ReJuvenate at the Bermagui Beachside Health Clinic at the Surf Club from 10am to 2pm.
There are no entry fees on meditation, tai chi and qigong sessions from 10.30am plus an array of therapy stalls including reflexology, massage, naturopathy, tarot card reading and kinesiology
ReEnergise and have a go at one or more of the ReBoot ReEnergise programs, including golf clinic, barefoot bowls, yoga, tai chi, pilates, stand up paddleboarding, boot camp, boxing, badminton and more.
There is also the ocean swim on Sunday put on with the assistance of Bermagui Surf Life Saving Club and Marine Rescue.
The Bermagui Area Chamber of Commerce is donating vouchers as prizes for ReBoot fun runs, ocean swim and tug-o-war.
These prizes will supplement the donations from the Bermagui Fishermens and Horizon Credit Union.
