THE Group 7 under 15 Bulls won the Trophy Final of the AAMI U14/15 Country Championships at Cessnock at the weekend.

The Greg Burt coached Bulls team defeated Group 1 in the final 22-14.
“Despite trailing 10-nil at half-time, the boys dug deep and came back and won the match, on the back of their defence,” Burt said.
“We sealed the win within the last 60 seconds with a try in the corner and the conversion from the sideline, which was just awesome.”
The official man of the match and golden boot winner was Hamish Holland from Gerringong.

The Group 7 under 14 Bulls weren’t as fortunate, losing their Trophy Final 14-12 to Group 21.
